Names to go along with address?
Hey everyone,
I have a list of properties I would like to mail to from an agent, but I don't have any names to put on letters.
Do you all think it would be ok to open the letter with "Dear Homeowner" or is that not personal enough?
If not, any easy sources for finding names that go with properties? I tried my county's deed website, but the only way to search is by name and not address.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
