ListSource - Forclosure Criteria

I've been playing around with the list criteria on listsource. Everything is pretty straight forward to me except the Foreclosure section. First off, I don't really understand what I'm looking for. But no matter what I enter recently added date or foreclosure effective date, the list goes to zero. Evidently, in the whole state of Texas, there are 0 properties that meet this criteria. So apparently I'm doing something wrong.

So when looking for people who are late on their mortgage (late enough to make it to one of these lists) what should I be looking for? Is this info even on listsource or is there somewhere else I should be looking?
