Millionaire marketing on a college student budget...

Hopefully you some of guys who have been here can educate me on this one. I would like to hear some of what you guys are successfully using that are relatively low cost. I set my marketing budget at $500 per month. That isn't a lot, I know. I recently sent my first wave of direct mail (about $240 per month). I'm getting a website outsourced through Freelancer.com which was originally being done by myself through wix.com but after some research I found out that I would have a much harder time getting it SEO'd. Then after realizing that I'm nowhere near capable of building a wordpress site on my own, I turned to freelancer.com (looking to post the project for about $150 or so for a simple 5 page website on an eye catching responsive theme[free from google] and shouldn't take but a week or so to complete). So not including the 1 time $150 (or so), how do I market like a wholesalinmaniac given $260 a month to play with?!

How much free time do I have? I'm a full time student with an internship. I have from about 7:00pm to 7:00am Monday through Saturday of undisturbed time. Everything I get when the sun is shining is breaks, driving time(about an hour every day), and in-between class time.

I guess I fall into the category of investing with a full time job. Except my job pays just over minimum wage and half the hours lol! Ohh and no benefits! :''D
