OMG THIRD NOTICE!

I had to laugh I just got a post card from a lady, saying this is the third notice and why am I so hard to get a hold of.   Please call me back via my recorded message.  

Funny since I've never gotten a FIRST NOTICE or a SECOND NOTICE or any notice from a woman ('ve gotten plenty of those from men) trying to buy my house.  Obviously, it is a marketing strategy and it might actually be a good one since I laughed about it instead of trashing it like normal.
