Magazine Advertising Success

In the past we have advertised with magazine publications such as Realty411 and Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine.  We did so partially bc we wanted to try magazine advertising plus we were also in a good relationship with the magazine owners.  We spent a lot of money in the process and could never document even 1 sale from advertising this way.

I am curious if anyone else is having any success with magazine advertising?

Canadian Real Estate Magazine has been calling us for the last 2+yrs but we have turned them down bc another turnkey provider in our market advertised with them for 1yr and also flew to Canada to attend a trade show and never made a sale.

Anyone else having any luck or success?
