bandit signs

Hello everybody,

I just got started investing again. And I put out bandit signs on major high traffic areas 40 signs and only received one call. The sign read on a 9 by 24 white sign with black handwritten letters:

We Buy Houses

713-000-0000

How do I get started, this is a whole new world? How to make my phone ring and get some business?
