Finding Investors Looking to Invest in Southern California Region

Hey everyone,

I am wondering what's the best way to find investors who are actively seeking to invest in RE deals?  (Both online and in-person)  Obviously, I am hoping to find some people on this site who are looking for investment opportunities, but I would love to hear more ways to find people. 

More specifically, I am seeking investors who wish to invest in residential or commercial properties in the Southern California Region. These investors could be from in-state or out-of-state. I am searching for both properties for sale, and then, investors who want to invest.  What's the best and most efficient way to find such people?

Additionally,I have a friend, Linda V, who is looking for investors to work with her and her company for various RE opportunities that she has found. So, if anyone is interested in finding out more, feel free to contact her as well.
