Driving for dollars and pictures

So I am listening to another podcast ( sorry @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner , I love your podcast, but there are some others I listen to to learn more in between your shows) and they are discussing Driving for Dollars. The thought suddenly occurs to me: When driving for dollars and you find a run down house, is it beneficial to send a copy of the picture of the home to the owner? Maybe as a kind of "have you seen your house lately at such and such drive?"
