Strategies, tips, techniques to finding cash buyers…
I'm a newbie to real estate in every sense of the word.
I live in Anchorage, Alaska. There is less than 250,000 people living in what most of you in the lower 48 would call a small town.
For Alaska, it's the largest "city"… I think Fairbanks is about half the population, and where I'm from… Sitka, Alaska is the fifth largest community. I use largest, very loosely… There is less than 15,000 people back home.
Taking calls and making calls from sellers, for me… I don't think will be a problem.
I'm a quadriplegic, I've been practicing this disability for the past 15 years. Reading people's body language and hearing the tone of their voice is something that just kind of developed on its own. I can usually connect with people fairly quickly. So, getting sellers to be comfortable and trusting me shouldn't be a problem to find out why they are motivated to sell their property.
Being able to market to the sellers, I don't think will be a problem either. Because of my disability, I spend a lot of time on the computer and Internet. I'll be able to code my own landing page and take care of the search engine optimization.
Before I start marketing to sellers, I would like to market to cash buyers. I'm going to use the same type of online marketing that I'll be using with sellers. Just more geared towards buyers, but… It would be nice to know other strategies and techniques on connecting with cash buyers, whether they would be local or nationwide.
I'm not going to just jump right in and start doing things with my head cut off like a chicken.
I'm trying to be as systematic as much as possible from creating a new Gmail account for this wholesale adventure with Google voice, Gmail and utilizing Google docs as much as possible.
You really don't need AWeber Or any other service similar to this, if you set up Gmail just right… Plus, it's free!
It's called "setting up rules" or something similar, I think that's what is called in Microsoft Outlook.
But, when you use AWeber… You're paying for the convenience of being all set up and ready to go.
Anyway, back to strategy and techniques for building a cash buyers list.
If anybody has any ideas whether they would be old or new, it would be greatly appreciated.
