For those BPers out their actively marketing to motivated sellers, how are you monetizing leads for unmotivated sellers that would be interested in a standard MLS listing. What type of arrangements do people have set up?

I was thinking about a profit split on every deal the agent closes, does anyone out there have arrangements like this set up, and what is a fair profit split?
