I need PM/agent/realtor for a property that I'm closing in 3 weeks time:

1. Getting the property move-in ready

2. Take pictures of the property

3. List it on the market

4. Showing for the prospectives

A PM quoted me for 100% of 1 month rental. Is that the going price?
