Yellow Letter or Regular Letter for Multifamily Properties?
I am trying to do a direct mail campaign geared towards multifamily property owners of 5 units to 20 units. I would like to know if sending yellow letters would be okay since these are smaller properties or should I send a more sophisticated typewritten letter? Also what should I say to these type of owners in my letters? Thank you.

I think yellow letters for multi-family is a BAD IDEA. Yellow letters are intended to convince a single family homeowner that you are interested in their house and took the time to hand-write them a letter professing your love for their place.
How in the WORLD would that messaging translate to multi-family, where the owners are LANDLORDS and BUSINESS PEOPLE that are - i guarantee it - 100% WISE to the old yellow letter trick.
If you want to be in a business, be a business person. Approach people like landlords and other investors with serious offers in a professional manner. Send regular white letters with normal type to other business people.
