Marketing under contract properties

I have an agreement to market under contract properties, so that I can find tenant leads prior to settlement. Zillow isn't allowing me to post the rental because the same property is listed as under contract. Anyone knows how to fix this issue? I put the rental on the MLS. Also any general tips on marketing under contract properties?
