What is the best way to market available rooms to sublease in my office space?
I recently moved my Psychiatry practice into a 4 room office space with a shared kitchen which gives me 3 available rooms to sublease. I am offering the rooms for $600/each including internet/electric/cleaning.
I have been having a difficult time finding tenants for these rooms. I have already posted the rooms on a local therapist facebook group but still haven't had any luck filling the spaces. I was hoping word of mouth would fill these rooms with therapists or medical providers.
What are the best places for me to advertise these rooms for sublease? Thanks in advance
