Excess Land - Can I rent?
Hi all. We have a large property that we originally planned to develop but we are putting it on hold for a bit. It has an old house which is now rented but we'd love to get income from nearly 1.5 acres behind the house. It is just pasture but could be storage for someone.
Has anyone marketed something like this? How would one go about it?
