Office Building in Schenectady

Daniel Garrow
Posted

I recently purchased an office building in Downtown Schenectady in a great location on a busy corner.  It's my first office building as I've always done multifamily buildings. My storefronts are renting well on the first floor and I get phone calls inquiring about them. My second floor is vacant(3000 sq ft +/-) and move in ready and I don't get any calls for office space. I'm running a FB ad along with walking the local farmer's market handing out fliers. I've inquired about maybe using Loopnet. Does anyone have suggestions for generating more leads?
