Help finding good tenants

Hello BP Investors, I've had trouble finding good tenants for my SFH, and could use some advice. I have marketed it on Zillow and have have responses, but most of the prospects either don't make enough money, have bad credit, of both. I generally don't show the property until they fill out and application on zillow to see if they are even qualified, as most of them don't when the fill out the initial info. I live an hour from the house and it has been on the market for 20 days now, while I've dealt with enough tenant prospects who look interested, then vanish. It's a decent house and have never had trouble like this in the past. Any thoughts?
