Out of State Investor looking for Realtor recommendations

Looking for realtor with experience investing on their own.  I’m looking for single-family homes with three bedrooms and at least one and a half bathrooms. My goal is to buy them with conventional financing, repair them to be ready and hire a property manager to rent them out.
