Corelogic List vs Title Company List

Hi Everyone,
I keep hearing people say they are buying lists from Corelogic or some other Data Company but then some people are swearing by there local Title Company.

Whats is the price difference?

I'm interested in quality, the lower the price the better, but I don't want to pay for a list that runs the risk of being a waste of money.

Please advise.

I don't know what Joe Gore is referring to. Title companies don't sell lists where I am. They provide lists and property profiles in order to generate more title policy sales. I have accounts with three different title companies. I create a lot of my own lists and they are free. However, they don't have nearly the sort and filter functions that listsource does. No equity filter, no mailing address sort function, etc. There's a reason it's free. There are other list makers besides listsource. There are local data providers and marketing companies everywhere. Definitely comparison shop, not just price, but data quality and sort function.
