Best way to start flipping Properties ?

Hello everyone, I always wanted to be a real estate investor but the barrier to entry is so high. I started wholesaling about 6 months ago to get some hands on experience but ultimately I want to be the end buyer. From your experience what is the best way to raise capital to invest in real estate. Thanks in advance
