Pflugerville vs Leander Firsthome/ Investment

Hello, 

We are looking for a first home in Austin under 500k. We are now only two people later will move to bigger home after 1-2 years and keep this as investment property. Is it good to invest in Pflugerville and Leander? The prices are 25,000 extra in Leander for the same house plan. Which one do you suggest for a long term investment and which one gets more rents plus likely to get filled. I heard more family houses were given for rental in leader. Does the home with less sft gets market value rent? The house we are looking is 6 min from metro station. Please suggest me as we need to accept the contract quickly.
