Best neighborhoods to Flips at Cincinnati area
Hey friends,
Want to start investing in flips in Cincinnati area.
The planning is for SFH around 200K ARV.
Which neighborhoods do you think are most relevant today?
Looking for B + zones
thanks!!

Hmmm 200k for B+ zone after repairs? You might get lucky with Northside, College Hill, East Westwood. Honestly a true B+ neighborhood like Wyoming or Liberty Township will probably have an ARV of $300+ anymore.
