Property Management in Laredo, TX
Hello! I am under contract for a 5 unit (SFH in front with 4plex behind) in Laredo. Previous to my offer, I was told the building was fully occupied and told specific rent prices. This influenced my decision to offer (income from day 1) and I even offered above list price. Now that I'm under contract and I asked for a rent roll sheet for my lender, the seller says the units are vacant... Do I have any recourse here? Should I push for seller credits knowing I'll incur extra expense and time having property management place 5 different tenants?
Additionally, does anyone have a reco for reliable property management in Laredo? Appreciate your thoughts in advance!
