Does Lead Generation Company need a RE License to get referrals?
Hi everyone,
Last time I didn't have much success with this question, but I'll try to be more clear this time.
I'm currently working on a project where my client wants to include all stakeholders of the RE process in one place (homebuyers, home sellers, contractors, agents & lenders). Basically, we market our product to home sellers, guide them to our website where they list their home for sale. They then appear (only to our product users) as leads which they can contact and do business with.
Let's say, a person who wants to purchase a house, renovate it and sell for profit registers to our website for a fee, takes a look at available leads and contacts them. Then, when they agree on a price, he appears as a lead for contractors, lenders & agents (who also register on our website).
My question to you is, can all of this be done without a RE license (I believe my client has it) and if so, can this business LEGALLY receive referrals?
Thank you all in advance!
