Rental Property Investing in Central Arkansas

My wife and I just bought our first home in the Little Rock area and are planning to get into short term rentals. I am looking to hear from investors who have done this in their cities. Little Rock isn't necessarily a vacation destination but looking to capitalize on business travelers. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
