Realtor or Attorney?
Hi if I sell my investment property to the current tenant, I don’t need to hire a realtor but I don’t know how to do the paperwork. So can I hire a realtor just to do the paperwork and if so, how much would I pay for those services? Or on the other hand, do I just hire a lawyer to handle all the documents? Which is cheaper route? Thanks

An attorney is the way to go. I just gave this exact advice to my own mother who sold her condo to a neighbor. An attorney can also make changes to the sales contract to better protect your interests.
