How to estimate property tax
Hey all, would using the tax rates in this post be accurate (https://www.biggerpockets.com/...) to estimate what property tax would be in Cleveland? Talking to someone from renttoretirement.com and they said they use the property tax against the county's assessed value instead of market value so their per forma has a much lower property tax. Would appreciate any help so I can have a rule of thumb (source of truth) in figuring out what property tax is.
Thanks!
Jacky
