Investing in property in Vermont ..
Hello,
I live in NYC. I am thinking of investing in Vermont.
If anyone has advice about which areas are best for this this please let me know.
Thé goal is to buy cheap, sell high! Also, to enjoy it while I own and rent out .. perhaps.
I also am a city person and do not drive. I was thinking Manchester, Stratton, etc.. Burlington might be too far and expensive at this point
