Tenant screening and property management software

Hi everyone, I am in the process of closing on my first duplex and was wondering what everyone suggests for a property management/tenant screening software? I have currently set up a turbo tenant account and it seems super simple in terms of the application/screening process and it is free. I want to start off on the right foot with a good platform for a growing portfolio. I have also checked out rentredi and was wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these platforms, or something else they suggest! Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Tenant screening is also offered on this site through a trusted partner. There are various options available for screening packages; tenant involvement/no tenant involvement, instant reports, hand-compiled reports, and even income verification. You can find further information by going to Tenant Screening under the Tools tab.
