Tenant Screening Fake Reference site, Also looking for info

Well I was researching screening companies and came across this website offering fake rental references, just thought I would let people know:

Anyway, I was hoping to find a service that would handle the actual verbal verification of income/employment and landlord references.  We generally do this in house but it would be nice to get it outsourced if its not too expensive.  Any ideas?
