What Background Check tool is best for self managed portfolio???

I currently use Truthfinder. It has worked well for me, but it's often flagged by my bank as a scam, and they block payments despite me calling and unblocking. 

What background tool can I use for a 5-property portfolio? Suggestions you currently use and know work well for you preferred
