What’s the lowest credit rating would you allow for a renter in an A neighborhood?

When renting out a property, how do you decide the lowest credit rating you would allow?   we have a 3/2 LTR in an A neighborhood in the Denver area.
Thanks!

650+ typically but if its 620+ and they got landlord referances I have OK’d it. Never had late payments even on my A class building.
