Short term rental is it worth it

I am renting out my home, I received a call from a company from out of town. The CEO of the company told me that they are interested in renting my home for three months only. They need my place because they will be sending personal to my city every week (so every week, there will be someone new) The CEO added; she will also will be coming as well, the reason because they are trying to establish a business in my city. The CEO added ; that no one will rent to them for only three months. Had you had this situation before? Do you do a background on every individual of the company or just the CEO's. Is it worth it, renting for only three months and after they move you got to clean and get the home ready again? Months they need it for Oct, November and December
