Should I consider a cosigner if 2 of 4 tenants have solid backgrounds?
Am considering a group of 4 to rent out a 3/2 house - I believe they are 2 couples. First of the couples have verifiable income and references, and will likely pass my min. screening requirements. The other couple are both students at an esteemed local school, but therefore have no verifiable income, although claim to receive an allowance to pay for housing while in school. The combined income of the first couple would be enough to cover the monthly rent. Thoughts? If I do go the cosigner route, both students have parents that are out-of-county (within Florida) or out-of-state (California)
