TrustedRentr tenant screening

Hello!

I recently started using trustedrentr to screen tennats and I wanted to see if others here had used it with success. They give tenants profiles that tracks their rental history and score them like a creadit score from that history. I manage my properties myself and it helped me organize all the applications that came in at the very least. It doesn't seem like a ton of landlords are using it but I like their intention of building a landlord network to help landlords avoid bad tenants.
