First unit closed! First time landlord.

Hello everyone. First unit closed last week! After some minor repairs/upgrades to the unit we will be ready to rent by September! It is a 1-1 condo. I am interested in any quick tips that anyone might have as far as screening goes and choosing the right tenant.  Thanks in advance!
