Hello, I’m new to real estate and want to make it my career. I’ve been looking around on the best methods to start your real estate business in fix and flips. One of the best ways I have seen so far to get enough money to fix and flip is wholesaling houses. Any tips and tricks I could use for my first real estate wholesale or tips on how to find cash buys after finding a property?
