Researching the Kansas City market
Hey guys I’m looking into the Kansas City market to invest in Multi-family (24-40 units).
What kind of numbers are you looking for as far as job growth, population growth, income demographics? What kind of numbers do you like to see. Obviously I down trend is not good. But where is that threshold at for you?
