Property under contract 110k Wilmington nc

Hey investors! I have a house under contract in Downtown Wilmington NC. It is a 2 bedroom one bathroom and I am asking 110k.

It is close to the downtown area and castle street. It was built in 1950, and does need some internal remodeling but overall does not have any major issues. Please let me know if you are interested and I can send you more information! Text me or call at 732-742-3315
