CDC Eviction Moratorium Ruled Unconstitutional

I think most people agree this was an unconstitutional act, but now we have a legal decision confirming. What will happen? I anticipate appeals and no changes. Maybe it will make it to the Supreme Court. Either way, the damage is done and our only hope is that we'll be better prepared to deal with unlawful actions the next time.
