Best Real Estate Markets/Areas for Long Distance Investing

Hello everyone!

As I continue to learn about the area/market I currently live in (New England), I am curious about other areas for long distance investing. I will start my business here, where I live, and continue to work it here, but I will definitely be looking to expand to cheaper markets as well.

What do you think are the best markets around the USA for 2021 for single family BRRRR strategy as well as multi's? Why?

Just trying to get a grasp on where I should start looking into or researching a little!

I grew up in south coats MA and it is expensive all in the New England. I’m currently out in Columbus, Ohio and the prices and rents are much more favorable and a lower cost to entry. Combined with the appreciation it’s great. I’d recommend finding a market that is growing, instead of just strictly cash flow.
