Checkers in a residential area

Just found out that the fast food restaurant, Checkers is trying to move into my community. The area is relatively nice and there's a mall less than a half mile that has at least five fast food restaurants. The site Checkers is trying to open is fifteen feet from my home. I just purchased my house in 2018 and now this.

The surrounding communities are opposed to the idea as am I but it may be a done deal. Wondering if this will drop my property value?
