Listing of Government-backed Relief Programs for Borrowers

There are Government-backed relief programs across the nation designed to keep borrowers out of foreclosure. We have seen them first hand, where these programs will fully reinstate delinquent loans, pay for utilities, and even bring rents current. These relief programs exist across the many local, regional, state, and federal jurisdictions. For this reason, we have started a collaborative spreadsheet for all to access and contribute. We have several states and jurisdictions in it already.

If you can not access the document for whatever reason, please contact me directly.  IMPORTANT: most of these funds will only be available for a short term and if the governments do not deploy the funds they will be lost, so the sooner we all jump on it the more useful it will be for all.
