Hi

I Searching for a fix and flip Neighborhoods in Dallas Texas.

my budget is around 150K US for purchase and rehab.

i want to know the Neighborhoods that`s good for my goals or maybe some suggestion about Neighborhood that need maybe increase 20 % my budget for better area!

appreciate your help.
