Is this a real problem?!!
As I involve my self into new conversations and friendships I find that I seem to keep hearing a unique situation.
Is it true that there is a problem with seasoned investors who no longer want to hassle and waste time into their investment properties because of their older age and lack of help to offset their involvement?
I have heard this several times now, and it has raised my curiosity every-time. Are older investors who own multiple doors having trouble with all the operations, finding time to search for tenants, finding contractors to do the work, etc. ?
If this is true, please reach out to me. I am a full time employee but I would love to help offset your time involved as an acting property manager or scheduler. I am well educated and carry a very serious yearning for REI and any thing to do with it. It's the fire under my A** to be quite blunt.
