Want to be a Landlord in need of financing

Good morning, I am very new to all of this and have recently looked at a two family home.  The numbers work for this home and the price is good as well as not needing to much repair or fixes that I can tell.  I'm stuck though I could get the financing (I think) for the mortgage but need to come up with the down payment any ideas ( seller financing most possibly not an option)
