Current Evictions Q3 2020 in SF

Hi All,

Just curious on current investors’ strategies in San Francisco (and possibly Daly City) market, with the new signing of the Eviction Relief Bill Amid Virus.

tl;dr Signed new state law, Californians who haven't paid their rent since March 1 because of COVID can stay in their homes through at least Jan. 31st 2020.

Although this is statewide, I’m more curious about the SF market (also a current resident here). Has this made you pull back from expanding your portfolio? If not, what has been/will be your driver to adapt to this new change?

Thank you in advance for the comments and apologies in advance if this post is mislabelled.
