Decided on house hacking. Now what?

Hi,

I'm new in real estate. I've decided that i will house hack my first investment . What should my next step be. Talk to bank for FHA , look for properties etc. I live in south Florida and want my first investment to be here so I can keep an eye on it. I have funds available for down payment and repairs.
