Considering the current times 🤔🤔

My partner and I have been looking to buy multi unit properties in NJ and then covid hit.

The question is what are you investors doing during these times?

Are you still actively looking for deals to buy or sitting on the sidelines waiting for the storm to pass?

I have been reading all that's going on and I am actually hesitant to jump in due to all the issues that may be arising with unemployment and people not paying their rent.

What do you think?

Meanwhile some counties in NJ are blowing up because many people are moving from nearby cities. Homes are getting above ask.

By the way how about a recommendation for an awesome agent in NJ who well versed in property investment while you're at it?

Thank you
