Hello BP FAM, Im a new investor !

Hello all,

Im interested in Learning how to Fix and Flip using the banks money. I have no capital but I do have  good credit. My ultimate goal like many of us is to work my way up to the bigger deals and buy and hold opportunities. If anyone has some tips, links, or have done it themselves, I would love to hear your advice.
